Ordering from our on line shop you acknowledge agreement to the
following conditions
You can order products displayed on this website by
adding the product to your shopping cart and completing the order
process by inputting your credit card details. Alternatively you can telephone
and talk to a member of staff, who will be happy to help with your choice.
Our contact details are displayed at the bottom of every page. We can accept
personal or business cheque's but extra time must be allowed
for clearance
Cancellation of Order You may cancel your order, at
any time within 7 days of receipt, however, as our policy is
to send within two
days, to be sure of stopping the order before despatch, please
telephone 023 8028 3445 ASAP.
Prices that are advertised on our website are as accurate
as possible, should a price be different from that advertised, payment will
not be taken without the purchasers consent.
Shipping / Delivery Time Our target is to despatch
within two business days (Mon to Fri) The carrying company may
take 7 to 10 days to deliver. The standard shipping & handling
charge is £4.95 (inc. VAT) to most of the UK mainland. An additional
charge is made for delivery addresses outside the UK mainland
(including off-shore islands) and parts of Scotland. Customers
will be advised of any change before any contract is completed.
We do not take payment until the goods are ready for shipping.
Overseas customers will be advised of shipping costs and any
taxes before payment is taken.
We guarantee all our products fit for the purpose
for which they are sold, no guarantees are given should any product
be subject to misuse. In the event that a product is faulty,
or becomes faulty, due to a manufacturing defect, our policy is to replace
the product with either an identical object, or a refund. It is part of
our contract with you, the customer, that we retain the right to make a
refund if a replacement is unavailable. If the product has been used, then
we will negotiate an amicable arrangement with you.
Any shortages/non deliveries If you have not received your
order within 10 days then please contact us, it is our earnest
wish that you remain a 'satisfied customer'. If your order arrives incomplete,
please contact us immediately. Orders MUST be checked on arrival and any
defects or damage reported to us within 24 hours. Please sign for
all deliveries as
"unchecked" and do not accept damaged packages.
Goods can be returned Please advise us
in writing within 7 working days following receipt of the goods
if they are unsuitable. We would ask you to return them, unused,
as soon as possible, preferably within 28 days..
i) Items must be returned in the original packaging and condition
to: Returns Department, Head Office, Leisure Fayre, 7/21 Romsey
Road, Lyndhurst, Hampshire. SO43 7AA.
Please enclose your name and address, the reason for returning
the item, and your preferred course of action - i.e. replacement,
credit note or refund.
ii) 1st class postage costs will be refunded only if the return is necessitated
by an error on the part of Leisure Fayre. (Be sure to obtain a free certificate of postage)
iii) If you request a refund, your payment for the item will
be refunded within 28 days. If you paid by credit card the refund
will be made to the card. Otherwise a cheque will be sent to you within this
period. iv) Refunds for goods returned but lost in transit will only be made
on receipt of proof of postage and a claim being lodged against the carrier.
v) Items that are returned for refund that are not faulty, but
due to being unpacked, are no longer able to be sold, by us,
as new - we reserve the right to make an appropriate charge.
Our responsibility is to provide you with goods of serviceable
quality, that are suitable for the purpose for which they are
sold **see note a**. We will not be responsible for any losses
resulting from your use, or the inability to use, our products. We will
not be responsible for any loss of profits, wasted expenditure, or any
other subsequent loss/es from the use of any of our products.

any disputes will be decided only by the courts of England and

Your consumer rights are not affected by any statement within
these 'terms and conditions' 5th August 2004
Note (a) "that are suitable for the purpose for which they are sold" may
not be translated to mean "that are suitable for the purpose for which they
are purchased"
These Terms and condition of business have been seen, read
and approved by Hampshire County Council Trading Standards, and
fully conform to 'On-Line Trading requirements
